Operations of a Stone Crushing Production Line

A stone crusher is basically a machine designed to break large rocks in to smaller rock, gravel or rock dust. The stone crushing production line consists of Jaw crusher, Cone crusher, Roll crusher, Impact crusher, Hammer crusher and many others. Widely applied in the field of metallurgy, mining, building highways, roads, materials, crushers can be adjusted in sizes according to their purposes.

The primary course followed by a stone crushing production line starts with the transference of big sized stones in to the primary crusher via Vibrating Feeder. From here the crushed material then moves towards Impact crusher for secondary crushing. This is done through a Belt conveyor. Separation of various sizes of crushed stone is done In the Vibrating Screen. Material that meets the requirement of size is transferred to the final product, whereas the inappropriate sized stone are crushed again in the Impact Crusher. The various sizes of the final products are then graded and matched according to the need of the customers.

The stone crushing equipments have the ability to reduce the size of large rocks and uniform granularity. Their simple structure, easy operations, economical operation and convenient repair makes it popular among its users.
